Matrix Screensaver Mac Catalina
An OpenGL-accelerated screensaver based on the scrolling green lines of code seen in The Matrix, the science fiction film directed by Lana and Lily Wachowski and starring Keanu Reeves. Is there a way to use Windows Screensaver in MAC I have a windows screen saver.scr that i've been using for years and love it. Recently moved to mac ecosystem, is there a way to use the windows screen saver in mac? Just transfer yourself into the Matrix world. The matrix stripes, warping desktop, flying objects, matrix tunnel and other visual effects are included. 3D Screensavers, 3D Live Wallpapers and HD Background Images for PC and Mac computers, tablets and smartphones. I'm running this terminal command on Catalina hoping to keep the system awake and prevent the screensaver to start (without having to disable the screensaver in system preference). Caffeinate -d -i -u -s -t 39600 I might have added too much parameter and misunderstood them but it's don't seems to work?
This creative clock screensaver shows the current time in digital format using the hour and minute hands of a multitude of analog clocks placed together in a tight grid. The size of the grid changes every so often in order to show the time in a different style, and between showing the time each clock will turn its hands in a 'dance' with the other clocks. The screensaver requires a macOS version upwards of 10.15 (Catalina).
Known issue: If after installation you get an error saying the screensaver 'cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified', click 'Cancel', then click the back button (<) in the Desktop & Screen Saver panel to return to System Preferences. Choose 'Security & Privacy', click the 'General' tab and then click the 'Open anyway' button at the bottom where it says 'ClockOfClocks.saver was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer.' Then return to the Screen Saver panel to test the screensaver.
This download will probably not be usable on computers running Microsoft Windows.

I love it, but sadly it no longer works on my 2020 machine with Catalina... I'm sad
I am the developer of this screensaver. Since I am not interested in paying Apple 99 dollars per year for a Developer account, there is no way for me to have it flagged as a 'safe' program to install.
If you still want to install it, please do the following:
1) Download the screensaver
2) Open the downloaded .zip file to uncompress it
3) You will get a .saver file that you open to install the screensaver
4) System Preferences -> Screen Saver will open up. Select the ClockOfClocks screensaver.
5) You should get an error message. Click Cancel.
6) Go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> General and click to let ClockOfClocks run
7) Go back to System Preferences -> Screen Saver and select ClockOfClocks again.
8) Once again there is an error message, but now you can click Open

The scrolling code alternates with images of the main characters embedded into the code, though these (as well as the opening credits) can optionally be disabled via the screensaver's settings menu. The color of the code lines can also be changed.
This download will probably not be usable on computers running Microsoft Windows.

IT WONT LET ME DELETE, AND IT WONT WORKKKK 2 STARS FOR LOOKSS BUT IT WONT DELETEEEEEEEE
I am running Mac OS 10.15.7 (Catalina) and it works fine. I disabled the 3D. Great!
This works fine on MacOS Catalina, you just need to disable Gatekeeper with the following command: sudo spctl --master-disable
Doesn't work on macOS Catalina
This was easy to download, works awesome and there is a option to take the 3D off. I am very pleased and highly recommend this for Mac users. Best and most accurate one I could find.

I didn't get this one at first because I didn't like the 3D images part, but the Matrix Mania one only plays for a few seconds then displays 'PURCHASE REGISTRATION' instead so I gave this one a shot. This one is free and one can disable the 3D Image, effectively making it like the other one. There's also color options.
